Carol Aguirre Dead in Tractor Accident after Lying on Beach in Oceanside

 
OCEANSIDE, CA (September 29, 2020) – Monday morning, 68-year-old Carol Aguirre in a tractor accident on North Pacific Street in Oceanside.
 
The incident happened at around 10:00 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Pacific Street. Moreover, a tractor for a dredging project accidentally ran over a woman lying on the sand at Oceanside Harbor Beach.
 
According to reports, the fully-clothed victim was asleep when the construction vehicle struck her.
 
Oceanside Police spokesman Tom Bussey revealed that the woman in her late 40s or early 50s succumbed to injuries.
 
However, the authorities haven’t clarified whether she was in a work zone closed to the public when the tractor hit her.
 
Due to the incident, the authorities closed the beach.
 
Meanwhile, the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct the autopsy and identification purposes.
