Carlos Rodriguez Deads after San Jacinto Car Accident on Ramona Expressway

 
SAN JACINTO, CA (August 10, 2020) – Early Saturday morning, Carlos Rodriguez and another individual died in a head-on crash on Ramona Expressway.
 
The incident occurred on August 8th at 5:40 a.m., said Sgt. Mike Heath of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. According to reports, the crash happened on Ramona Expressway, west of Warren Road.
 
Some witnesses revealed that one of the cars caught fire.
 
Meanwhile, the authorities found one of the drivers deceased inside a car. Furthermore, another person, a male, was located with serious injuries and later died at the scene.
 
At this time, it’s unknown whether the man was the driver of the SUV. It’s also unclear if there are other persons inside the SUV.
 
According to investigations, a black Kia Spectra headed west on the expressway. However, for reasons still unknown, the vehicle drove across the double yellow line and crashed head-on with a Ford Expedition.
 
After putting off the fire, the firefighters found the driver of the car stuck inside.
 
The authorities identified one of the drivers as 74-year-old Carlos Rodriguez of Perris. Unfortunately, they haven’t disclosed the identity of the other driver.
 
Moreover, the authorities shut down the expressway from Warren Road to Bridge Street for more than four hours during the investigation.
