Los Angeles, CA (April 01, 2021) – On Thursday, 53-year-old Carlos Deleon lost his life in a hit-and-run crash near Normandie Avenue.
 
Officers received the fatal crash report at about 10:45 in the Vermont Square area.
 
When they arrived, officers pronounced him dead at the scene.
 
Apparently, Deleon was in a crosswalk when the accident happened. Authorities searched the area for surveillance video to identify the suspect hit and run vehicle.
