Carlos Bravo Dies After Bike Collides With Car Near 5 Freeway and Beach Boulevard

 
BUENA PARK, CA (December 13, 2019) — A La Mirada man died Monday in a bicycle accident with a vehicle near the 5 Freeway and Beach Boulevard.
 
Carlos Bravo, of La Mirada, crashed his bike into a car late Monday night. Reports did not indicate the exact intersection in which the accident occurred; however, it might have happened near the 5 Freeway and Beach Boulevard, not too far from the La Mirada city limits.
 
Paramedics transported Bravo, 45, to UCI Medical Center in Orange but succumbed to his injuries 45 minutes later.
 
It’s unclear whether police officers cited or arrested the driver. Because details are limited, an investigation remains.
