1 Hurt in Reno Crash near Kietze Lane and Apple Street
RENO, NV (January 12, 2021) – Monday afternoon, a business owner suffered injuries in an accident near Kietzke Lane and Apple Street.
The Reno crash occurred at around 4:15 p.m.
According to reports, a citizen was trying to take photos of an establishment in the area. Then, the business owner tried to approach them.
However, the citizen was afraid of the owner’s intentions and escaped in a vehicle. Unfortunately, the driver hit the owner on the way out.
Meanwhile, the Reno Police Department confirmed that the incident was accidental. Also, they ruled out alcohol or impairment as factors in the crash.
Furthermore, the business owner suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Reports confirmed that the parties involved have been cooperative with the officers.
At this time, the Reno Police Department continues to investigate the crash to determine if the incident is a criminal case.
