1 Killed and 1 Arrested after Santa Ana Pedestrian Accident on Bristol Street

 
SANTA ANA, CA (July 7, 2020) – Last Monday, authorities arrested Bryan Lemus after a fatal high-speed crash on Bristol Street.
 
The authorities booked Bryan Lemus of Santa Ana on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter. The incident occurred on Sunday around 10:05 p.m. on Bristol Street near Myrtle Street, Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna revealed.
 
Lemus drove a southbound Chevrolet Camaro that struck the unidentified victim. Furthermore, the victim was crossing Bristol Street and Myrtle Street when the crash occurred.
 
According to a witness, the Camaro participated in a street race with another car. On the other hand, the investigators haven’t confirmed this information.
 
Furthermore, the police said that the Lemus driver, who stayed at the scene, drove at a high rate of speed.
