3 Dead in Plano Auto Accident on 1700 US Highway 75

PLANO, TX (May 19, 2025) – Early Sunday, 3 people died in a brutal single-vehicle crash on 1700 US Highway 75.

Reports said that the incident happened at about 2:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes near the 1700 block of US Highway 75.

Preliminary investigation revealed that a car driving north hit the concrete barrier and caught fire. Then, one person was found inside the car. However, after extinguishing the fire, three people were found dead.

Meanwhile, the names of the victims remained undisclosed.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information available, the Plano Police Department’s Traffic Unit handles the crash investigation.
