Washington State Patrol reports that the crash occurred when a 67-year-old Bremerton woman, driving east on State Route 106, hit the pedestrian as he crossed the road.

Troopers say the man was not wearing reflective clothing and was crossing in an unmarked area. Emergency responders airlifted him to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The driver stopped at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
