SAN JOSE, CA (March 20, 2024) – Tuesday night, a brutal pedestrian crash on Highway 10 near McKee Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 9:20 p.m. on Highway 101, south of McKee Road.

According to CHP Officer Ross Lee, an unidentified vehicle struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that the pedestrian died in the incident.

Furthermore, the crash closed two lanes of northbound Highway 101 and north of McKee Road.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
