HOUSTON, TX (June 18, 2025) – Monday night, a brutal pedestrian crash on Eastex Freeway near Hopper Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 11:00 p.m. on Eastex Freeway onramp near Hopper Road.

According to reports, a southbound Toyota struck a female pedestrian who crossed the onramp.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the victim died in the crash.
