OAKLAND, CA (July 13, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a brutal hit-and-run crash on 29th Avenue and International Boulevard killed 1 bicyclist.

The incident occurred just after 9:30 a.m. in the area of 29th Avenue and International Boulevard.

When the authorities arrived at the scene, they found a bicyclist and transported him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. At this time, the victim’s identity remained undisclosed due to pending family notification.
