BULVERDE, TX (March 12, 2025) – Tuesday morning, a brutal bicycle crash on 33100 US Highway 281 killed 1 person.

The incident involving a bicyclist struck by a vehicle happened just before 5:30 a.m. in the 33100 block of US Highway 281.

The BPD, with support from the San Antonio Police Department’s Traffic Investigation Division, looked into the crash and confirmed that the bicyclist did not survive.

Officials have not disclosed whether the driver remained at the scene or if any charges will be pursued.

The identity of the bicyclist is being withheld until the family has been notified.
