Brianna Lopez Killed in Wrong-Way Crash on Chisholm Trail Parkway [Fort Worth, TX]

Fort Worth, TX (September 28, 2023) On Wednesday morning, 22-year-old Brianna Lopez of Fort Worth was killed after a wrong-way crash on Chisholm Trail Parkway.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the fatal collision happened after midnight near Sycamore School Road.

Officials say that 32-year-old Aaron Roberts of Cleburne was on a southbound 2017 Chevy Silverado in the northbound lanes crashed with Lopez’s northbound 2014 Mazda CX5.

Reports say that Roberts was driving impaired and going the wrong way at the time of the collision.

Authorities pronounced Lopez dead at the scene.

Officials arrested Aaron Roberts for intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and taken to the Tarrant County Jail.
