Arvin-Edison Canal Vehicle Crash Results in Fatalities
Kern County, CA (August 23, 2023) – On August 14, Brian Medrano, 29, and Carlos Benitez, 27, both from Bakersfield, were killed in an E Panama Lane collision.
The authorities received the crash report at about 1:48 a.m. in the 4200 block area at the Arvin-Edison canal.
Officers said the vehicle Medrano and Benitez were riding crashed into a canal and both of them died at the scene.
In the meantime, the authorities are still investigating the cause of the collision.
