SR 308 Pedestrian Crash Results in Fatality
Kitsap County, WA (November 19, 2023) – A 61-year-old Bremerton man was killed following a State Route 308 collision Wednesday.
A 35-year-old Lakebay woman was driving a 2018 Honda CRV westbound on the freeway at Vincent Road when the man tried to cross the roadway from the shoulder.
The woman then struck the pedestrian. Sadly, he later died at Harborview Medical Center.
Investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the collision. They are still investigating.
