Driver Hospitalized after Crash on Panama Lane in Panama Lane
Bakersfield, CA (June 1, 2023) – Thursday afternoon, a Honda driver was hospitalized while the BPD officer complain of pain after a crash on Panama Lane.
The crash on Panama Lane in Bakersfield happened at around 1:52 p.m. on June 1.
According to reports, a marked BPD patrol car, driven by an officer was heading eastbound in the 1300 block of Panama Lane.
Meanwhile, the driver of a red Honda made a southbound turn onto Hammond Way, from a westbound Panama Lane storage lane, in front of the patrol car.
EMS took the Honda driver to a hospital with minor injuries. The officer had a complaint of pain.
Alcohol and/or drugs are not factors in the crash.
