WOODLAND, CA (October 30, 2019) – A 28-year-old man died in a pedestrian accident on Highway 113 on October 28.
CHP Officer Rodney Fitzhugh revealed that the man got hit from behind as he walked in the northbound slow lane north of County Road 25A at about 9:00 p.m.
His identity remains unreleased due to pending family notification. Meanwhile, the family confirmed that the deceased is 28-year-old Boris Miron, a father of six young girls — three of them triplets — from Woodland.
To cover the funeral expenses and for his children, they’ve created a GoFundMe page.
Meanwhile, Fitzhugh added that the 33-year-old driver from Petaluma didn’t suffer any injury. Authorities are urging anyone with information to call the Woodland CHP office at 530-662-4685.
