BMW Female Driver Injured in Head-On Crash on Hermosa Avenue [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (October 29, 2021) – On Wednesday morning, a woman driving a BMW suffered injuries in a head-on crash on Hermosa Avenue.

Reports said that a southbound driver was speeding in the northbound lane, missed stop signs at Gould Avenue, and 22nd Street. 

Finally, at the 16th Street stop sign, his vehicle collided head-on with a BMW. Then, the BMW crashed into a car stopped behind it.

Moreover, witnesses said that two men at the scene prevented the speeding car’s driver from fleeing on foot.

When police and firefighters arrived, they assisted the BMW driver and rushed her to a hospital.

Then, a paramedic cleaned blood from the suspect’s head because he appeared to have hit his vehicle’s windshield.

Additionally, reports said that two men said they were almost struck by the suspect’s car near Martha’s restaurant, at 22nd Street. Also, a woman reported the car almost struck her at the 22nd Street crosswalk.They estimated the vehicle was traveling 60-plus miles per hour.
