Bakersfield, CA (April 01, 2022) – On Wednesday, a 50-year-old woman from Pearland, TX, Blanca Rodriguez, lost her life in a two-vehicle collision on Merced Avenue.

It was around noon when the fatal incident took place at the intersection with Magnolia Avenue

Responding officers declared Rodriguez dead at the scene.
