Injuries Reported in Bakersfield DUI Accident on Ming Avenue and Wible Road
BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 11, 2022) – Saturday night, authorities arrested Blanca Medrano after a multi-vehicle crash on Ming Avenue and Wible Road.
The incident occurred at about 7:30 p.m. on Ming Avenue and Wible Road near Valley Plaza Mall.
According to reports, a multi-vehicle crash occurred. When the authorities arrived, they found several people with minor injuries. Then, responders took them to the hospital.
The authorities revealed that they arrested 38-year-old Blanca Medrano for DUI, two counts of battery on a peace officer (one at the scene, one at the hospital), battery on a person (an uninvolved bystander), battery of emergency personnel (medical staff at the hospital), driving on a suspended license due to prior DUI, no proof of insurance, and failure to stop at a traffic control signal device.
