Salvador Cortez Fatally Struck by Semi-Truck in Accident on Higuera Street

 
San Luis Obispo, CA (June 25, 2021) – On Friday, bicyclist Salvador Cortez, 61, died in a big rig crash on Suburban Road.
 
The fatal SLO crash took place at around 7:20 a.m. near the Higuera Street intersection.
 
Apparently, after the accident, the bicycle could be seen on the ground under the front of the semi-truck.
 
Unfortunately, Mr. Cortez, of San Luis Obispo, died on the accident scene.
 
The authorities are investigating the fatal accident.
