Police Seek the Hit-And-Run Driver after Crash on Arey Drive in San Diego

San Diego, CA (November 25, 2021) -Thursday morning, a 40-year-old man on a bicycle died in a hit-and-run crash on Arey Drive.

The fatal hit-and-run crash in San Diego happened at around 11:30 a.m. on November 25 at Arey Drive in the Otay Mesa West area.

San Diego Police traffic detectives responded to investigate and gathered information indicating the traffic collision may have been intentional.

EMS then took the victim to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Investigators said the vehicle that involved may have been a light-colored SUV.

No further suspect information is immediately available.
