BAKERSFIELD, CA (August 11, 2021) – Tuesday afternoon, a bicyclist sustained injuries in a crash on Union Avenue and 19th Street.
 
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the incident happened at around 4:36 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Union Avenue and 19th Street.
 
Meanwhile, a preliminary investigation revealed that the rider crossed the street. He headed west against a red light and into the path of a southbound vehicle with a green light.
