SAN DIEGO, CA (June 29, 2021) – Sunday night, a bicyclist sustained injuries in a crash on Park Boulevard near Broadway.
 
According to San Diego police, the incident happened at around 7:40 p.m. on Park Boulevard near Broadway in East Village.
 
Reports revealed that the 33-year-old male bicyclist collided with a Metropolitan Transit System bus in a crosswalk.
 
Furthermore, paramedics confirmed that the rider sustained an open fracture to his ankle after going under the front right wheel of the bus.
