Bicyclist Struck and Injured by Car Crash on Empire Avenue

 
Brentwood, CA (December 11, 2020) – On Thursday, a bicyclist was injured in a crash on Empire Avenue and Grant Street.
 
The crash was reported at 1:30 P.M.
 
Immediately, Firefighters from the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District and AMR paramedics arrived. They rushed the victim to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
 
Meanwhile, the involved driver stayed on the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
 
Furthermore, officers of the Brentwood Police Department investigate the incident. Though, they did not disclose the circumstances that led to the accident.
