SAN FRANCISCO, CA (February 14, 2023) – Thursday night, a 71-year-old bicyclist suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash on 1200 El Camino Real.
 
The incident happened at around 9:44 p.m. in the 1200 El Camino Real.
 
According to reports, civilians located the victim laying in the roadway.
 
Reports said that the victim pulled over his bicycle and was standing in the bike lane.
 
Then, a dark-colored vehicle driving southbound hit him from behind.
 
Reports said that the suspect vehicle was possibly a green-colored sedan with a light-colored roof. Then, the vehicle fled the crash scene southbound on El Camino Real.
 
Also, responders took the victim to a local hospital, police added.
 
Then, they discovered that the victim sustained major injuries and is currently listed in critical but stable condition.
