Betsy Carver Killed in Palo Cedro Head-On Crash on Deschutes Road

 
Palo Cedro, CA (December 10, 2020) – On Wednesday, 56-year-old Betsy Carver of Palo Cedro died in a head-on crash on Deschutes Road.
 
The fatal accident happened after 7 a.m. on Highway 44 which involved two vehicles.
 
Carver was driving a Sedan, and then swerved into oncoming traffic. As a result, the vehicle struck a pickup truck head-on.
 
Rescuers rushed her to Mercy Medical Center in Redding, where authorities later pronounced dead.
 
On the other hand, the man driving the pick-up truck sustained only minor injuries.
 
Moreover, authorities have not provided details as to why Carver swerved into oncoming traffic.
