WESTMINSTER, CA (January 8, 2023) – Friday night, authorities arrested Bautista Decastilla following a fatal crash on Goldenwest Street and 21st Street.
 
The incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. on Goldenwest Street and 21st Street.
 
Moreover, Orange County Fire Authority rushed a 3-year-old girl to the Children’s Hospital of Orange County. However, the victim later succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
 
According to reports, 26-year-old Bautista Decastilla of Westminster turned himself in. Then, authorities booked him into the Orange County Jail on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter after the deadly incident.
 
Furthermore, authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remained under investigation.
