AZUSA, CA (May 12, 2019) – A woman was hurt following a two-car crash Sunday afternoon on 210 Freeway at Azusa Avenue.
 
The crash happened around 4:31 p.m. involving a white Toyota Prius and a black Jeep Wrangler.
 
CHP officials responded to the scene and located a female occupant with a complaint of pain to the back. Paramedics took the injured woman to a hospital.
 
The impact also caused major front-end and rear-end damage on the Toyota sedan. The Jeep had moderate right front damage.
 
The specific cause of the crash and who may be at fault remain under investigation.
