Austin Dennis Killed in Bakersfield Truck-Motorcycle Accident on Brundage Lane

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (May 31, 2021) – Saturday morning, motorcyclist Austin Dennis, 26, died and two people sustained injuries in a crash on Brundage Lane and Madison Street.
 
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the incident involved a motorcycle and a truck. Moreover, it happened at around 11:30 a.m. on Brundage Lane and Madison Street.
 
Reports revealed that the motorcycle rider broadsided a truck. The force of the crash caused the truck to roll over onto its side.
 
Furthermore, paramedics pronounced the male motorcyclist, later identified as Austin Ray Dennis, dead at the scene.
 
Additionally, responders transported the driver of the truck and one of its passengers to a local hospital with minor injuries.
 
Moreover, officials do not believe that alcohol or speed played a role in the Bakersfield crash.
