BAKERSFIELD, CA (June 7, 2019) – At least one person suffered serious injuries in a Highway 178 near Union Avenue Wednesday evening..
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, one person suffered major injuries. In addition, the other person involved sustained moderate injuries.
 
The 10:15 p.m. accident involved at least two vehicles and a possible ejection.
 
It’s unclear at this point how the incident happened or whether any additional vehicles were involved. However, a follow-up investigation is underway.
