1 Person Arrested in Marina Multi-Vehicle Accident on Imjin Parkway and Preston Drive

MARINA, CA (November 6, 2023) – Saturday night, authorities arrested Arturo Noel Porraz II after a disastrous hit-and-run crash on Imjin Parkway.

The incident happened at around 10:40 p.m. on Imjin Parkway and Preston Drive.

According to reports, the incident involved three vehicles, including a silver Toyota 4-Runner SUV and a red Dodge Durango that fled the scene after the crash.

Moreover, officers confirmed that the driver of the silver Toyota 4-Runner SUV sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Furthermore, officers managed to locate and arrest the driver of the red Dodge Durango, Porraz II, who was driving with a blood alcohol content of over 0.08%. Then, paramedics transported him to a hospital for treatment.

Also, authorities booked Porraz into the Monterey County Jail for felony hit-and-run, violation of probation, and felony DUI charges.
