25-Year-Old Man Dead in Westminster Suspected DUI Crash on Magnolia Street near McFadden Avenue

 
WESTMINSTER, CA (December 5, 2022) – Early Sunday morning, authorities arrested Aristeo Nava-Soriano following a fatal DUI accident on Magnolia Street.
 
The incident happened at around 1:00 a.m. along the 15500 block of Magnolia Street, near the McFadden Avenue intersection.
 
According to Commander Kevin MacCormick of the Westminster Police Department, a pickup truck and a sedan collided in the area for still unknown reasons.
 
Moreover, paramedics pronounced the sedan driver, a 25-year-old man, dead at the scene. Then, responders transported the pickup driver, 28-year-old Aristeo Nava-Soriano, to a hospital with unknown injuries.
 
Furthermore, officers arrested Aristeo Nava-Soriano on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence, and driving without a license.
 
Meanwhile, authorities asked anyone with information about the fatal crash to call Sergeant Anil Adam of the Westminster Police Department Traffic Division at 714-548-3770.
