Anthony Perez Killed in Two-Vehicle Collision Near California City Boulevard

 
California City, CA – August 18, 2020 – On Monday, 19-year-old Anthony Perez died in a crash in the area of California City Boulevard and Highway 58.
 
Moreover, the California Highway Patrol said two vehicles collided just around 3:45 a.m. near Highway 58.
 
Authorities said one vehicle ran a stop sign at the crossing and crashed with another vehicle. Additionally, reports said a vehicle came to stop in the center divider.
 
Consequently, Highway 58 shut down one of its westbound lanes.
 
Lastly, authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident, but additional details will be put out soon.
