Anstacio Mendoza Arrested in DWI Collision on Loop 11 [Wichita Falls, TX] 

68-Year-Old Woman Critically Injured in Seymour Highway DWI Crash

Wichita Falls, TX (March 17, 2023) – On Thursday, WFPD charged 37-year-old Anstacio Mendoza after a DWI collision that hurt a 68-year-old woman.

According to Wichita Falls PD, the DWI crash happened at the intersection of Seymour Highway, Loop 11, and Beverly Drive.

Reports say that a westbound truck driven by Anstacio Mendoza at high-speed ran a red light and struck the female driver’s vehicle, which is turning left from eastbound Seymour Highway onto Loop 11.

The collision seriously injured the 68-year-old woman, paramedics transported her to the URHCS with suspected life-threatening injuries. She was later taken to another hospital outside of Wichita Falls.

Meanwhile, medics transported Mendoza to Wichita County jail after being treated at United Regional. Authorities are charging Mendoza with Intoxication Assault.
