Anibal Macias Junior Struck and Killed on Alameda and 22nd Street

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (January 27, 2021) – Tuesday morning, Anibal Macias Jr. died in an accident on Alameda Street and 22nd Street.
 
The incident happened at around 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of Alameda and 22nd Street, near Washington Boulevard.
 
According to reports, Anibal Macias Jr. walked on the sidewalk when a vehicle hit and dragged him into the street.
 
As a result, the 33-year-old pedestrian was declared dead at the scene.
 
“The hit-and-run driver did not stop and fled the scene, did not identify themselves, and did not render aid as required by law,” police added.
 
Moreover, the authorities offered a reward of up to $50,000 to anyone who can give information that will lead to the suspect’s conviction or a civil resolution.
