As always, it is best to be very cautious when driving. Take time to take look if there are people near you, as doing so can prevent dangerous accidents.

Children Are Vulnerable to Accidents

While car accidents are far more common than pedestrian accidents, there is still reason to be wary when traveling on foot. “Pedestrian accidents do not occur as much as motor vehicle accidents, but the pedestrian accidents tend to include more serious injuries,” says Tyler Toomey, a practicing attorney at Sweet Lawyers. “Some of the worst pedestrian incidents involve minors because they are sometimes hard to see and they also ride bikes, skateboards, etc. Common locations for these pedestrian incidents include shopping center entrances and street corners.”
