55-Year-Old Angela Ramirez Killed in Amarillo Boulevard Hit-and-Run Collision [Amarillo, TX]

Officers Search for Suspect Driver in Amarillo Fatal Collision

Amarillo, TX (May 12, 2023) – At about 9:07 p.m. on Wednesday, 55-year-old Angela Ramirez lost her life following an Amarillo Boulevard hit-and-run collision.

The authorities immediately responded to the scene and declared Ramirez dead.

Investigating officers said the vehicle driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the. They added that the driver was westbound in the left lane. The male driver changed lanes into the turning lane and felt his vehicle drive over something

He stopped his vehicle and saw Ramirez on the street and called 911 right away.

Officers located evidence of another vehicle which is a white car on the scene of the accident. They determined the white car most likely struck the victim first and the driver left the scene.
