Angela Hart and Aspen Hart Dies in 2-Vehicle Crash on Crestloch Road [Franklin County, WA]

Franklin County, WA (October 17, 2023) On Sunday, 50-year-old Angela Hart and 18-year-old Aspen Hart, both of Kennewick, died in a tragic 2-vehicle crash on Crestloch Road.

According to Authorities, the fatal traffic collision happened around 2:30 p.m. on SR 395, five miles north of Pasco.

Reports say that Angela was westbound on Crestloch Road, however, she failed to stop at the stop sign and entered SR 395, where a northbound Dodge Ram pickup entered the intersection and crashed onto the driver’s side of Hart’s vehicle.

The impact of the collision sent both vehicles across the intersection and ended up in the median.

Officials pronounced both Angela Hart, and her passenger Aspen Hart dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the driver of the pickup and the passenger, both Eltopia residents, sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital.

Authorities are investigating the fatal traffic collision and have not provided additional information at this time.
