LAKE COUNTY, CA (March 11, 2020) – A female Northshore resident named Angel Histo sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 20 on March 8.
 
According to radio reports, the incident occurred after 2:00 p.m. on Highway 20 near Saratoga Springs Road.
 
California Highway Patrol Officer Joel Skeen revealed that Angel Histo of Nice was traveling in an eastbound white Toyota TC on Highway 20 west of Saratoga Springs. However, her car strayed from the road and overturned.
 
When the firefighters arrived, they reported that Histo was thrown from the vehicle. They then dispatched an air ambulance.
 
A REACH air ambulance then came to Sutter Lakeside. It took Angel Histo to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment.
 
Skeen added that Angel Histo suffered major injuries. He also clarified that the woman was not suspected of being intoxicated while driving.
