Stratford, MO (March 27, 2025) – 36-year-old Andrew Conley of Alabama was hurt in a big rig collision on US 54 on Monday evening.

According to authorities, the fatal collision happened at around 6:30 p.m. claimed the life of 63-year-old Mark Baucom of Missouri.

Authorities say that a semi-truck traveling northeast veered into the southwest-bound lane for unknown reasons, colliding head-on with another semi.

The driver of the first semi, Baucom, died at the scene. The second driver, Conley, sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
