Timothy Johnson Arrested in 2-Vehicle Crash on Road 6
Warden, WA (November 20, 2022) On Friday, 9-year-old Anastacia Ramirez of Moses Lake and 2 others were injured in a DUI Crash on SR 17.
Authorities say that a 1998 Cadillac collided with the 2007 Hyundai Ramirez was driving at about 11:24 p.m. near Road 6.
Reports say that the Cadillac driver 25-year-old Timothy Johnson from Moses Lake failed to stop at a stop sign.
Ramirez suffered a broken ankle, while one passenger in the Cadillac suffered broken ribs
Paramedics transported Ramirez, Johnson and one of the two passengers in the Cadillac to Samaritan Healthcare.
Officials later charged Johnson with vehicular assault and a DUI.
