San Jose, CA (February 2, 2023) On Wednesday morning, a 46-year-old sustained fatal injuries after a hit-and-run accident on Alum Rock Avenue.
CHP says that the fatal hit-and-run crash happened at 7:05 a.m. east of Kirk Avenue. Authorities found the man in some bushes off the right shoulder of the roadway.
