Pontiac Driver Injured in Las Vegas Fatal Crash
Las Vegas, NV (September 7, 2023) – On Wednesday, Allen Carter Jr., a 25-year-old motorcycle rider sustained fatal injuries following a Flamingo Road collision.
The traffic accident happened minutes before 10 a.m. at the intersection with McLeod Drive.
According to the authorities, a 2013 Kawasaki EX300 motorcycle was eastbound on Flamingo Road approaching South McLeod Drive in the rightmost of three travel lanes.
At the same time, a 2004 Pontiac Vibe was westbound on East Flamingo Road, toward South McLeod Drive in the left turn lane.
The front of the motorcycle impacted the passenger side of the Pontic as it turned left into the intersection.
Unfortunately, Allen Carter Jr. died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the Pontiac driver incurred minor injuries and was taken by ground ambulance to Sunrise Hospital.
Officers said the Pontiac driver did not show any signs of impairment.
