Crash Near Live Oak Avenue Injures Teenage Girl, Alexander Ramos Arrested

 
Irwindale, CA (April 15, 2021) – On Saturday, two teen girls were injured while police arrested 41-year-old Alexander Ramos in a hit-and-run crash near Live Oak Avenue.
 
Police responded to the crash scene shortly after 3 p.m., wherein a blue Honda Accord crashed into a palm tree in the street’s center divider.
 
As a result of the incident, two 15-year-old girls were found injured on the scene.
 
One of the teenagers initially told officers that she was driving the car at the time of the accident. She, however, later recanted at the hospital. She told the police that her step-father was the driver, and left the scene before authorities arrived.
