TEMPE, AZ (March 18, 2025) – On Sunday, authorities arrested Alex Ramsay after an alarming pedestrian crash on Dorsey Lane and University Drive.

The incident happened at the intersection of Dorsey Lane and University Drive.

According to the Tempe Police Department, a truck struck two pedestrians and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders transported the two victims who were both ASU students, to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, officers managed to locate and arrest the hit-and-run driver, identified as Ramsay, for hit-and-run and aggravated assault.
