Alejandro Madrid-Juarez of Eagle Lake Killed in FM 3013 Hit-and-Run Crash [Eagle Lake, TX]

Eagle Lake, TX (June 22, 2023) – On the weekend, Alejandro Madrid-Juarez, 50, of Eagle Lake, was killed in an FM 3013 hit-and-run crash.

The fatal crash occurred between 11 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. Sunday near FM 1093.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Alejandro Madrid-Juarez was walking northeast when he was hit by an SUV that immediately fled the scene.

Authorities believe the involved vehicle was likely a Ford SUV.

Texas DPS says the involved driver is wanted for questioning.
