OCEANO, CA (June 27, 2021) – Saturday, Alejandro Espinoza Ruiz, 32, died in an ROV crash near Sand Highway 22.
 
According to Chief Ranger Kevin Pearce, the incident happened by Sand Highway 22.
 
Moreover, it took place around 12:15 p.m. in Oceano Dunes.
