Police Investigate a Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Crash on Adams Boulevard in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA (December 3, 2021) – Early Friday morning, Alden Richards Jr., 44, died in a crash near Adams Boulevard and Flower Street.

Dispatch recorded the fatal pedestrian accident in Los Angeles at about 5 a.m. on December 3.

Los Angeles Police Department said the pedestrian sustained fatal injuries.

Apparently, the decedent stood by a bus stop when a car swerved, struck him, and then crashed into a nearby pole.

Authorities suspect the driver of the vehicle that hit him was impaired.

Shortly after, paramedics pronounced Richards dead at the scene.
