Driver Kyle Foster Faces Charges in Las Vegas Fatal Collision
Las Vegas, NV (February 28, 2023) – On Sunday, 73-year-old Albert Sell died in a West Flamingo Road vehicle collision.
The deadly collision happened around 5 p.m., west of the intersection with South Tenaya Way.
According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, a black 2019 Chevrolet Colorado driven by 28-year-old Kyle Foster was westbound on Flamingo Road. At the same time, a white 2013 Ford Taurus driven by a 64-year-old woman made a left turn into the path of the Chevrolet.
As a result, the left front of the Chevrolet struck the right front of the Ford. The Chevrolet then struck a stopped moped in a private driveway.
The woman and her passenger, Albert Sell, and Foster, all sustained injuries. The responding medical team rushed them to University Medical Trauma. However, Sell succumbed to his injuries after arriving at the hospital. The moped rider incurred minor injuries but declined medical attention.
Moreover, Foster is facing two charges of reckless driving resulting in death or substantial bodily injury.
